Performing pest treatments prior to cleaning will wash or vacuum away the chemical barrier, invalidating your treatment certificate.

How the booking runs
Cleaners finish first
The property is completely bond cleaned and the carpets steam cleaned before the technician arrives. Cleaning after treatment can remove the applied treatment barrier.
Treatment
A flea and tick treatment where a pet clause applies, covering indoor carpet and floor areas as well as the outdoor yard, and a general pest treatment around internal and external areas of the property.
Service Report
On completion, a formal Service Report containing the treatment details and the pests addressed is issued to you, and it can be issued to your property manager.
Tenant pre-treatment checklist
All of this needs to be done before the technician arrives.
- Ensure all end-of-lease cleaning and carpet steam cleaning is complete.
- Vacate all personal belongings, furniture and rubbish from the home.
- Mow lawns and clear yard debris if an outdoor flea or tick treatment is booked.
- Provide power and water access on-site for the technician.
