Meet Prajj
Founder & Lead Technician
I started Green Top to give Hunter Region homeowners something the big national companies can’t — a personal, reliable service where the same person shows up every time and genuinely cares about the result.
Before Green Top I spent three years as an operator in the steel industry at the Newcastle Rod Mill, then several years as a technical writer for Hitachi mobile equipment in Muswellbrook. That gave me a strong foundation in precision, correct procedure and workplace safety, and I bring all three to every treatment.

What Happens When Prajj Visits
We don't just spray and leave. We take the time to inspect, identify the root cause, treat effectively, and provide long-term prevention strategies.
1Inspect
Inside and out, including the roof void and subfloor where accessible, to find what’s actually driving the activity.
2Treat the cause
Targeted treatment where pests live and get in, applied with quiet electric equipment. Not a spray-and-go.
3Protect and advise
A barrier along the entry points around your home, plus honest advice on what’s genuinely needed to keep pests out.
Why Choose Green Top
Residential specialists
Quality pest management for Hunter homes, with the time and attention each property deserves.
Quieter electric equipment
Electric FlowZone sprayers instead of noisy petrol gear, so there’s less disruption for your family and neighbours.
Pest controllers, not chemical applicators
We find what’s driving the activity and treat the cause, not just the symptom.
The same person, every time
You get Prajj, not a rotation of contractors — a technician who knows your property.
